Godabarisha Vidyarthi Protsahana Yojana is a significant student welfare program under the Higher Education Department, Odisha. The primary objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to eligible students who want to purchase laptops. Recently, the Government of Odisha under the Higher Education Department has issued an advertisement to provide financial assistance to 12th pass out meritorious students to purchase laptops for the year 2025.
Meritorious students who have passed the annual higher secondary exam and the vocational education exam in the year 2025 held under the CHSE, Odisha are eligible for this financial assistance. As per the said advertisement, the students will get Rs. 30,000 financial assistance through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
Online Application for Laptop DBT Scheme
The list of eligible students and a new guideline for 2025 is available in the official website of Higher Education Department (“www.dhe.odisha.gov.in” and “www.scolarship.odisha.gov.in”). Eligible meritorious students are required to register through the Aadhar number and mobile number linked with Aadhar card. Further, students need to provide all the required details on or before Dt. 21-07-2025.
